We would first like to say that we have always used this ferry connection and have always been satisfied. We have never had a bad experience and with the waiting time - it is what it is 😅 But - unfortunately we have only just gotten around to it - we would like to thank the “crew” from September 17th, 2023 on the “Wischhafen” for Your kindness and willingness to help. We are the ones with the brown insignia ☺️ who got on the ferry in Wischhafen at 11 a.m. and were pushed down to Glückstadt around 5 p.m. 🙈
Thank you again for your kind support, be it trying to bridge the vehicle or charging our cell phones. We felt we were in good hands‼️

It's always nice ... to sail on the Elbe .... Today we have a little more swell ..... Everything is clean ..... nice staff .....11.50 a tour always saves a lot of traffic jams .. ..And it's always like a mini cruise....What I love most is all the ducks when the ferry arrives and departs
Great ferry crossing. Friendly ushers and cashiers. The only thing that was a little annoying was the long waiting time to get on the ferry (2 hours), but it passed relatively quickly.

Unfortunately, waiting times are often long - thank you Hamburg for your sludge. Cars are often waved past the trucks, otherwise there is a risk of running aground when the water is low. That wasn't the case several years ago. Harbor mud from HH.
